Out of Stock Gift Items will be shipped as soon as they become available. We will notify you promptly with a scheduled ship date for any item that may be temporarily out of stock, and offer to refund your credit card if you so choose.
Ordering Information and Policy for Apparel
n'Ice Fashions does not stock apparel. No items are pre-sewn except soakers and hair ornaments.
All competition dresses are hand-beaded. No glue or hot fixed stones are used.
Dress bodices are lined front and back.
Styles – neckline, sleeve and skirt – are interchangeable. However additional skirt layers are $15.00 per layer.
Every outfit comes with a matching scrunchie.
Sequins and trims are sometimes discontinued by manufacturers and become unavailable. As long as the item is available, every effort will be made to use the trim as shown on the dress. If the trim or sequin is unavailable, substitutions will be made.
No dress will be cut, sewn or embellished until full payment is received.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order as applicable and included on your confirmation. n'Ice Fashions normally ships USPS priority mail.
There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, discounts or adjustments under any circumstances on apparel.
Dresses are made as they are ordered. n'Ice Fashions will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements taken and given by customers or an incorrect choice from the sizing chart. PLEASE SELECT YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY from the Size Chart and Dress Order Form.
n'Ice Fashions will not be held responsible for any dress not fitting properly due to growth spurts or weight gain/loss of the skater.
An estimated shipping date will be e-mailed to you based on the dress you order. Orders are usually filled within three to four weeks.
RUSH ORDERS – If you need a dress in a rush (3 weeks or less) and n'Ice Fashions can accommodate your request, a $30.00 Rush FEE will be applied to your order. Please contact n'Ice Fashions before placing your order.
It is suggested that any garment that has special embellishment (any type of glitter or specialty fabric) be hand washed or spot cleaned. If you have any doubts as to the care and cleaning of your garment, please consult with a professional cleaner.
A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned check. Any future order pr payment must then be made by money order or credit card.
Gift Certificate Redemption
n' Ice Fashions gift certificates are available in denominations of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, and $100.00. Our online gift certificates utilize an alpha/numeric "e-coupon" code during the final stage of the ordering process. Simply enter this code when prompted and the amount of the certificate will be deducted from your sub total. However, Shipping & Handling charges are automatically applied to all orders on this web system. If there are sufficient funds left on your gift certificate that might be also used to cover some or all of the shipping costs as well, we will manually deduct the shipping charges from the gift certificate balance and promptly email you a new, ammended order confirmation and receipt showing those pesky shipping charges backed-out.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and Handling charges for the items in your shopping cart are automatically calculated in the final step of your online order. On dresses, the minimum shipping charge is usually between $7.00 to $8.50, except where FedeX service is requested. We can ship to PO boxes. COD's are not accepted. We gladly accept credit card orders from international customers. To arrange for other express delivery, please phone or fax your order in. We utilize a US Postal Service database to help prevent shipping errors. You may be prompted to correct any field on your order that might contain incomplete or inaccurate shipping information.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect 8.75% Sales Tax for orders shipped in New York State.
